Once Saved Always Saved? A conversation

Can you lose your salvation? Is "Once Saved Always Saved" biblical? This week I sit down with my beautiful wife and discuss the theological concept once saved always saved. Also known as the Perseverance of the Saints, where is this found in the bible? A common Calvinist would say you cannot lose your salvation, I disagree under certain circumstances.  __________________________________________________________
